4. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • All clearance items, flash sale products, and marked final-sale goods
  • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items caused by personal use
  • Items without original tags, packaging, or incomplete accessories
  • Personalized, custom-made products
  • Hygiene-related accessories (if applicable)

5. How to Initiate a Return / Refund Request

Please follow the official process to apply for returns or refunds:

  2. Include your order number, item name, return reason, and attach clear photos/videos of the product and package

Note: Do not return items without official RMA confirmation, otherwise the package may be rejected and cannot be processed for refund.

  • Customer-caused returns (dislike, size unsuitable, personal preference): The return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
